Curve Studio Chosen to Design Kaupanger Schoolyard with Community-Centric Approach

Curve Studio has been selected to design the new Kaupanger schoolyard. Our approach places a significant emphasis on involving both students and the local community in the decision-making process, with the goal of ensuring that the outdoor space truly reflects the needs and desires of those who will use it most.

In order to ensure successful engagement of users, we will implement a cooperative approach to collect input from a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and other community members. This inclusive method is designed to not only create a schoolyard that caters to the educational and recreational needs of the students but also establishes it as a vibrant gathering place for the entire community.
